Are you a Licensed Massage Therapist looking to make a meaningful impact in patients’ lives? At Synergy Health Partners, we help individuals recover from trauma through a collaborative, multidisciplinary approach.

We’re looking for a compassionate and skilled LMT who thrives in a team environment and is passionate about patient care.

What You’ll Do

• Perform therapeutic massage (light, moderate, deep tissue) as directed by Chiropractors and/or Physical Therapists
  Review patient history to ensure safe and appropriate treatment
  Communicate with providers regarding patient progress and response to care
  Assist with therapy modalities (training provided), including:
  Hot/cold packs
  Electrical stimulation
  Infrared therapy
  Ultrasound
  Paraffin treatments
  Maintain clean, organized treatment rooms (light laundry included)
  Support front office/clerical tasks during downtime
  Follow all OSHA and HIPAA guidelines
  Help create a positive, professional patient experience

Skills & Qualifications

• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Experience working with medically complex or injured patients
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, team-based healthcare setting

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform multiple 15–30 minute focused massages per shift
• Comfortable with continuous movement, cleaning, and patient care tasks throughout the day

Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Graduate of an accredited Massage Therapy program
Current Colorado Massage Therapy License (LMT)
Willing to work at both Aurora and Thornton locations as needed
Basic computer/data entry skills
Preferred
