Quiet Mind Massage is seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist to join our practice in Richmond. We specialize in creating a peaceful, restorative experience for clients. At Quiet Mind Massage, silence is the service — sessions are completely quiet, so clients can fully relax without the expectation of conversation.

Our main therapist, Ryan, is transitioning into a new career path and looking to pass along his loyal client base to the right therapists. This is an excellent opportunity to step into an already established practice.

A beautiful 234 sq. ft. corner office with large windows and blackout curtains to create the perfect massage environment.

Sheets provided (therapists are responsible for laundering their own, which is reflected in our higher payout ratio).

Competitive payout ratio: 65/35 for the first 6 months, then 70/30 ongoing.

No packages or subscriptions — clients pay the normal session rate, so your payout stays consistent.

Professional, reliable, and open to learning and growing.

Sheets provided (therapists are responsible for laundering their own, which is reflected in our higher payout ratio).
