The Well for Women, a growing massage therapy practice in New Haven, CT, is hiring! We've recently expanded with two new treatment rooms and are looking for a licensed massage therapist to join our supportive, inclusive team. Salary does not reflect gratuity, our clients are very generous.

Requirements

What You’ll Do:

Provide high-quality therapeutic massage (e.g., deep tissue, trigger point therapy)
Develop individualized treatment plans for pain relief and wellness
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment space
Deliver excellent client care and communication

What We’re Looking For:

Valid CT Massage Therapy License (LMT)
Current liability insurance
Experience with prenatal massage (preferred)
Skilled in client assessment

Schedule Needs:

Monday, Thursday, Friday: 3:00 PM – 8:30 PM
Saturday: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM or Sunday: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Interview Process:

First interview: 20–25 minute conversation + 20–25 minute hands-on demo with hiring manager
Second interview (if selected): Additional questions and demo with the owner also apx 20 to 25 minutes
