Requirements
Licensing: Must hold a current and active North Carolina Massage Therapy License in good standing with the North Carolina Board of Massage and Bodywork Therapy.
Experience: We welcome therapists at all stages of their career. New therapists will complete a structured mentorship program with an experienced team member to ensure a smooth transition and continuous learning.
Communication Skills: The ability to truly connect with clients, listen attentively, and clearly explain treatment plans is essential.
Passion for Wellness: A heartfelt desire to help others find relief and achieve optimal health.
Commitment: Must be available to work 20-26+ hours per week, at least 4 days a week, and be a dedicated, collaborative team member.
