Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine individual needs and treatment plans.
- Utilize knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology to provide safe and effective massage therapy.
- Perform various massage techniques, including trigger point therapy and pain management strategies, tailored to each client's requirements.
- Maintain a clean and organized treatment environment in accordance with health and safety standards.
- Provide exceptional patient service by ensuring a comfortable and relaxing experience for clients.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals in occupational health settings when necessary.
- Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to continuously improve skills and service offerings.

Requirements
Requirements
- Valid massage therapy license or certification from an accredited institution.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
- Experience in patient assessment and personalized treatment planning.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Familiarity with pain management techniques and trigger point therapy is preferred.
- Previous experience in a medical spa or similar environment is a plus.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and education in massage therapy practices.
- Experience and willingness to work as a team and be a team player.
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings & weekends.
