We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to provide diverse and individualized massage therapy treatments within an emerging small boutique setting located in Fort Smith, AR. This role requires excellent customer service skills and a commitment to enhancing the overall well-being of our clients through therapeutic massage techniques. Requirements

Have current licensure as an LMT or MMT within the state of Arkansas.

Perform various massage techniques to include, but not limited to deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy
Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and ready for use.
Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment for clients.
Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and recommend follow-up treatments as necessary.
Stay updated with the latest trends in massage therapy and continue professional development.
Document treatment sessions accurately in accordance with clinic policies.
