Description

We are a locally owned and operated Massage Clinic in Gilbert. We specialize in managing chronic pain; identifying and breaking down muscular problems. We are looking for 1-2 therapists to help grow our Gilbert location. 

The right candidates are therapists who are knowledgeable with the muscular system. They understand how the multiple health systems work in tandem and how massage encourages overall health. They are comfortable educating clients about their physiological health. This position allows for individuality and independence within the comforts of an established and reputable clinic.  

This is an independent contractor position, with opportunities to become employees. Evenings and Saturday hours required, additional hours available. 

Requirements

Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine individual needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
Provide high-quality massage therapy services, including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy, to alleviate pain and promote relaxation.
Utilize knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology to enhance treatment effectiveness and ensure client safety.
Maintain accurate records of patient treatments, progress, and any relevant medical history.
Deliver outstanding customer service by creating a welcoming environment for clients and addressing their concerns effectively.
Check out clients efficiently and accurately.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed to optimize patient outcomes, particularly in occupational health settings.
Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to continuously improve skills and service offerings.
Experience

Proven experience in massage therapy with a strong focus on patient service and satisfaction.
Familiarity with pain management strategies and techniques is highly desirable.
Experience in a medical spa or similar environment is a plus.
Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology is essential for effective patient assessment and treatment.
