Requirements:

• Valid state license or certification as a massage therapist
• Professional liability insurance
  Reliability and ability to work independently
• Experience in a range of modalities such as Swedish, deep tissue, sports, and aromatherapy
• Ability to assess client needs and customize sessions accordingly
• Strong hands-on skills and the ability to adjust pressure as needed
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to explain procedures and provide post-massage recommendations
• Professionalism in appearance, punctuality, and ethics
• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
• Willingness to receive feedback and continue improving
• Ability to accommodate clients with specific health concerns or special needs
• Interest in continuing education and staying current with industry trends
